Description

Youth academy coordination implies being up-to-date with the latest trends and having the capacity to apply different resources to enhance the people who are part of it.

That is why the role of coordinator has become indispensable in any sports organization, requiring a profile capable of providing a strategic and unified vision for the processes carried out each season.

Different methodologies and strategies that we will cover in the intensive course share a common goal: to optimize the sporting performance of the club.

In this regard, Athletic Club has remained at the elite level throughout its history with a unique philosophy, having to maximize the performance of its assets. This experience in coordinating youth teams will be reflected in the intensive proposal we present.

To that end, we have organized 16 hours of online training divided into 4 sessions to learn both our club’s approach and other experiences in clubs that can serve as inspiration and as reflection in your own context.

    Access to the virtual campus will be available indefinitely for 1 year. In that way, you can download all informational documents, articles, or notes in those courses that contain this type of files.

    During this period, you can also watch the video-classes as many times as you want.

    Once all the content is marked as “completed” (videos, quizzes or task submissions), at the bottom the option will appear to download your personalized AC|FC certificate. In addition, you will receive an email with the document.

    You will find an explanatory video tutorial in the course’s general information.

    The contents of the online classes are available from the moment of enrollment, so that you can manage your rhythm and enjoy the course whenever you want.

    Once registration is formalized, you will automatically receive access credentials at the email you provided.

    With that user account, you will have access to all the courses you take with Athletic Club Football Center.
